We do not involve ourselves in the day-to-day management of the businesses in which we invest. Management continue to manage their businesses. As most of our partners are entrepreneurs, our hands-off, decentralised approach works particularly well with them. JZI plays a value added role in assisting management in: the strategic development of the business and in acquisitions investment for expansion recruitment and commercial contacts optimal financing We believe we are excellent partners for entrepreneurs, partly because we are entrepreneurs ourselves.
